Intoxication can make you do some very bizarre things. Unfortunately, when you end up doing something as ridiculous as what Rising Moon is doing here, well, then chances are that you're gonna either make others laugh or tick someone off, as Ruebins illustrates here. This commission is based on a story that a friend of mine wrote a long time ago.
